Hi, there! My name is Erica. I am an independent cosmetologist serving both the Baton Rouge and Lafayette areas of Louisiana. I love the unique attributes that being in my own private, salon suites offer. You can feel comfortable visiting my suites knowing that you will be one-on-one with me. I enjoy being able to laugh and talk about life with my clients. It’s your appointment and I believe that time should be for you. Feel free to ask Alexa to play anything you feel like hearing during your services. I’m a music junkie and love stumbling upon new artists.
In high school and college, I was focused on going the business route. I am only just beginning to realize that maybe I do have a few creative bones in my body. I always studied business, more specifically accounting. I even managed a law firm for several years. In 2009, I came to a hard realization. I hated the desk life. I longed for something that felt more meaningful to me. I wanted to touch lives. I left my job and enrolled at The Aveda Institute. I graduated the following year and never looked back. I absolutely love being a stylist. I walk in to my suite every day with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. I get to use my talents and skills while visiting with clients who have now become my friends. I love meeting new clients, too. Helping someone achieve their goals is honestly one of the best feelings. I believe that my background in business and numbers is what sets me apart as a stylist. My attention to detail also plays a big role in how I perform color services and also how I craft the perfect set of eyelash extensions for my guests. I am also committed to furthering my skills and techniques. I jump on just about every educational opportunity that comes my way. I love living this beautiful life to the fullest. I do so with my husband, Logan, and our two pups, Pierre and Remi. You’ll probably hear me talk a lot about my family. They are so special to me. I’m straight up obsessed with my four, young nephews. They make life so joyful. Aside from that, I can kick just about anyone’s behind at music trivia. I love being from Louisiana and love a good local festival. I enjoy cooking as often as I can. I am a complete Bloody Mary snob. And I am finally beginning to accept the fact that after years of bowling weekly in a league, I’m still a pretty terrible bowler. That’s just a little about me and where I come from. I am always accepting new clients and I would love to meet you.
